The  periscope  GD-201  requires  a  minimum  18  inches  clearance  from  an  inside  corner.

This  is  a  recommended  distance.  For  additional  requirements  check  local  codes.

A  vent  shall  not  terminate  directly  above  a  sidewalk  or  paved  driveway  that  is  located  between  two  single  fami
