ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SP20TNS SP30TNS SP50TS
MAINTENANCE
1. Do not expose the press to continuous corrosive vapors, abrasive dust or any other harmful elements.
2. Lubricate moving parts once a month with general purpose grease but not any hydraulic componentry, moving bolster bearing surface or
arbor plates.
3. It should not be necessary to check hydraulic fluid level unless there is an external leak. Any external leak requires immediate repair which
must be performed in a dirt-free environment by qualified hydraulic repair personnel who are familiar with this press.
4. IMPORTANT: In order to prevent seal damage and press failure, only use hydraulic jack oil in the hydraulic system.
5. The press owner or responsible person must keep the warning and press labels clean and readable. Press and label cleaning can be
accomplished by using a mild soap solution but not on any moving hydraulic components.
6. Inspect the press before each use. Do not use if any component is cracked, broken, bent, shoes signs of damage or excessive wear, or
leaks hydraulic fluid. Take corrective action before using the press again.
