Ensure dome is properly seated in ear canal
Remove dome. Inspect the thin tube tip and
dome for wax or debris.
Use hearing aid brush or dry cloth to remove
wax/debris from hearing aid tip and dome.
Use hearing aid brush to remove wax or
debris from microphone on faceplate.
Try a different dome
Inspect thin tube. Replace if broken or
cracked.
Remove any wax build up in the ear canal. A
professional ear cleaning may be necessary,
as excess wax may cause feedback.
