8A. Assembly and setup – To be conducted by a technician only –

The Pacman Battle Royale is extremely heavy and should not be moved once
installed. It should be assembled by four or more people in a large work area to
prevent accidents.

Since attachment of the Monitor and Marquee assembly is performed above waist
level, prepare step ladders or platforms to stand on. Performing the task in an
awkward position can result in injury or machine damage.

Join the Right and Left base assemblys using the hardware mounted in the right
assembly.
Extend the wire bundles from the above locations so they may be connected
later to the various sub-assemblies of the game.
Remove the Upright rear service door as shown on page 36. Also remove the 6
Upright installation screws in preperation for mounting the upright. Using at least
2 people, place the Upright on top of the joined base using the tubes protruding
from the bottom of the Upright as a placement guide and insuring the wire
bundles are not pinched by the assembly.
