⦁

Adjustment Before and behind leveling

At the same way left and right horizontal

leveling, clamp condition of spindle box is

release and before and behind horizontal

leveling bolt(2EA) is complete tight, The next,

as before and behind moving of spindle box is

smoothness, standardize release to before and

behind adjust bolt.

★ When spindle box clamp, shakiness of spindle

sleeve is mediate about 0.1mm

★ A space of arm and spindle box continue about

0.01~0.02mm.

7-5 Adjustment of Safety Clutch for Spindle

Feed

The case needed for the adjustment is limited at

such case as when feed is not made even if

spindle is rotated.

After taking off front cover part of spindle box

and adjusting it with two nuts, attach cover.

When tightening nut too much, safety clutch can

not play its role, which will put a strain on

machine and damaged.
