Read the instructions in this manual carefully before use!
Assembly
Plastic clip mounting:
1. Insert the strap through the slot at the bottom of the sprayer.
2. Insert the strap through the clip, flip it upwards, and slip through the clip on the other side.
3. Insert the strap through the slot at the bottom of the sprayer so that it is parallel to the other side.
4. Pull both ends of the strap upwards.
5. Align the clip with the insert in the sprayer.
6. Push the clip into the correct position.
Fitting the hook:
1. Insert the strap through the insert into the hook.
2. Insert the strap through the clip and rotate it upward so that it is parallel to the other end.
3. Insert the strap through the base on the hook.
4. Pull both ends of the strap upwards.
5. Insert the clip into place.
6. Insert the hook on the underside of the sprayer.
Assembly of the connecting rod:
1. Position the handle grip on the upper side of the piston.
2. Insert the connecting rod through the fastener and the holes on the upper side of the piston.
3. Insert the fuse.
4. Clasp the ratchet on the handle.
5. Pass the other side of the rod through the hole in the handle.
6. Install the washer and fuse.
Handle assembly
1. Insert the handle into the front hole at the bottom of the container.
2. Turn the handle down and you will find the retaining hole.
3. Push the retaining hole on the handle making sure the pin is inserted into the hole.
Pipe and tube assembly
1. Screw one side of the pipe onto the plunger.
2. Screw the other end of the tube onto the trigger.
3. Screw one end of the spray gun to the trigger and connect the other end to the desired nozzle.
Service and maintenance
Washer replacement
1. Unscrew the lumber from the trigger
2. Unscrew the injector from the sprayer gun.
3. Locate, remove and replace the washer
4. Locate, remove and replace the washer
5. Reinstall the lumen in the trigger and injectors in the sprayer gun.
6. Reinstall the lumen in the trigger and injectors in the sprayer gun.
