10.3.11 Miscellaneous Control Register  

 

The Miscellaneous Control register manages different strapping and reset pins of the 
two PEX8532 and the SSC generator.

A 0 in this bit causes a Fundamental reset of the 2

nd

PEX8532. 

 

2 SPREAD 

The value of this bit selects if the SSC generates a 
spread spectrum signal or a fixed 100MHz signal. 

0 – fixed 
1 – spread spectrum  

 

[7..3] - 

no function
