Vyzkoušejte provoz FAIL SAFE následujícím zp ů sobem:

Zkontrolujte ovládání všech serv na správných kanálových výstupech
(ovládací páky).
Nastavte všechny ovládací páky do libovolných poloh a vypn
ě te vysíla č .
Všechna serva by m ě la z ů stat v polohách, odpovídajících okamžiku vypnutí
vysíla č e.
Je-li aktivován mód FAIL-SAFE, m ě la by se serva po ub ě hnutí asi 2 vte ř in
nastavit do p ř edem naprogramovaných poloh.
Nestane-li se tak, zopakujte celý shora uvedený postup od za
č átku.
POZOR: nikdy nevypínejte napájecí nap ě tí vysíla č e anebo p ř ijíma č e
b ě hem programovacího cyklu.
Stane-li se toto, nic se nepoškodí, budete však muset zopakovat celý
programovací cyklus od po
č átku.
Dojde-li v p ř ípadech, když se p ř ijíma č zrovna nachází v podmínkách HOLD
anebo FAIL-SAFE, k op ě tnému obnovení radiového spojení, budou serva
okamžit ě op ě t reagovat na ř ídicí povely vysíla č e.
Výstraha: Nedoporu č ujeme vypínat po č íta č ový vysíla č b ě hem letu, m ů že
trvat až osm vte ř in po jeho op ě tném zapnutí než se program op ě t zavede do
opera č ní pam ě ti vysíla č e, což znamená osm vte ř in nekontrolovaného letu a
mohl by to být Váš poslední let tohoto dne.
Dobrá rada: vzhledem ke komplexním vlastnostem a možnostem
programování tohoto p
ř ijíma č e uživatelem by pravd ě podobn ě neškodilo
provést vždy ř ádnou p ř edletovou kontrolu všech kanál ů a funkcí mód ů
HOLD a FS, zda odpovídají tomu, co jste do p ř ijíma č e naprogramovali,
anebo co se domníváte, že jste naprogramovali.

Empfänger AUSSCHALTEN.
Wenn diese Programmschritte beendet sind, entfernen Sie die
Kurzschlußstecker und bauen den Empfänger ins Modell ein.
Programmierung der Servo-Fail-Safe-Positionen.
Vorsicht: Bei Elektroflugmodellen DEMONTIEREN SIE DIE
LUFTSCHRAUBE !
Vorausgesetzt, Sie haben vorher den Modus FS EINGESCHALTET
programmiert, dann können Sie mit dem nächsten Schritt fortfahren.
Die FS Servo-Werkseinstellungen (beim Hersteller eingestellte
Servopositionen) sind:
Kanäle 1 und 3: 1 msec (bei elektronischen Motorstellern bedeutet dies
Motor AUS) – empfiehlt sich aus Sicherheitsgründen.
Alle anderen Kanäle: 1.5 msec (entspricht bei den meisten Sendern der
Servo-Mittelstellung).
Durch den Anwender einstellbare FS-Positionen:
Mit dem Empfänger im Modell und dem Modell auf dem Tisch schalten
Sie nun den Sender und dann den Empfänger ein, betätigen Sie die
Sender-Steuerknüppel und stellen Sie die Servo-Drehrichtungen,
Trimm, Servoausschläge, Mixer usw. in die Positionen ein, in welchen
Sie sie im Falle eines Reichweitenproblems oder totalen Senderausfalls
haben möchten. Nehmen Sie sich jemanden zur Hilfe, der die
Steuerknüppel Ihres Senders in den gewünschten Positionen hält.
Lassen Sie den Sender EINGESCHALTET.
Schalten Sie den Empfänger AUS.
Stecken Sie einen Kurzschlußstecker an ‘irgendeinen’ Empfängerkanal,
z. B. an das Querruderservo-Verlängerungskabel, welches vielleicht
zugänglich ist, oder an den Ausgang des Einziehfahrwerks, oder...
Schalten Sie den Empfänger EIN
zählen Sie bis 10
Empfänger AUSSCHALTEN.
entfernen Sie den Kurzschlußstecker vom Empfänger.
Ihr FS-System ist damit eingestellt.
Testen Sie die Funktion Fail-Safe folgendermaßen:
Sender EINSCHALTEN
Empfänger EINSCHALTEN
Prüfen Sie die Funktion und Zuordnungen aller Servos auf den
richtigen Kanälen (Steuerknüppeln).
Stellen Sie alle Steuerknüppel in beliebige Stellungen und schalten den
Sender AUS.
Alle Servos sollten in ihren Stellungen bleiben.
Wenn der Fail-Safe Modus aktiviert ist, sollten etwa nach 2 Sekunden
alle Servos in ihre vorher programmierten Stellungen laufen.
Wenn das nicht geschieht, wiederholen Sie die ganze Prozedur von
Anfang an.
ACHTUNG: Trennen Sie während des Programmierungsvorgangs
niemals den Sender oder Empfänger von der Versorgungs-
spannung.
Wenn Sie es doch tun, wird zwar nichts beschädigt, aber Sie werden
den gesamten Programmierungszyklus von vorne beginnen müssen.
Caution: with electric powered aircraft, REMOVE THE
PROPELLER !
Assuming you have previously programmed FS ON, then you can
progress to this step.
The (factory preset) FS servo default “values” are:
Channels 1 and 3: 1 msec (with electronic speed controls this is
motor OFF) – obviously done for safety reasons.
All other channels: 1.5 msec (servo neutral for most transmitters).
User FS servo position values:
With the receiver in the aircraft and the aircraft on the bench, turn
on transmitter and receiver, operate the transmitter sticks and set
all your servo directions, trims, throws, mixing etc. to such
positions you would like to have them in should a complete loss
of signal occur. Have someone else to hold your transmitter
sticks in these positions.
Keep transmitter ON.
Turn receiver OFF.
Put a jumper plug on ‘any’ of the receiver channels, e.g. the
aileron servo extension cable may be accessible, or the landing
gear output, or…
Turn the receiver ON
count until 10
Turn receiver OFF.
remove jumper plug from receiver.
your FS system is done.
Test fail safe operation as follows:
transmitter ON
receiver ON
for test purposes check if all servos are on the correct channels
(sticks).
put all sticks in a random position and turn transmitter OFF.
all servos should stay in their position.
If Fail-Safe is activated, all servos should move to their previously
programmed position after about 2 seconds.
If they don’t, start the above procedure over again.
CAUTION: Never remove power from the transmitter or the
receiver during a programming cycle.
If you do, you wil not damage anything, but you will have to start
your entire programming cycle over again.
As soon as anywhere during the time the receiver is in HOLD or
Fail-Safe condition, the radio link will be re-established, the
servos will immediately respond to the transmitter control inputs.
Warning: When turning OFF a computer transmitter, it may take
up to eight seconds for the transmitter to boot up when you turn it
