MyWindFit Training Zone
MyWindFit Plus heart rate monitoring gives the added benefits of knowing how intense your workout was on your
cardiovascular system. It starts with the MyWindFit app, which has a built-in function to record and store your resting
heart rate.
As soon as you start your activity MyWindFit continuously records your heart rate and calculates your training zone.
The heart rate reserve training zones are based on the Karvonen equations and have been shown correlated to VO2
consumption. They represent the percentage of your Heart Rate Reserve, which is your resting heart rate subtracted
from your maximum heart rate.
