Cleaning
Cleaning the Honeycomb Cooling Pads: the Cooler is equipped with three Honeycomb Pads. The
Honeycomb Cooling Pads are located inside of the rear and both side air-inlet grills. Follow Steps 1
to 3 for instructions on how to remove them from the Cooler for cleaning and maintenance.
Steps for Removing/Replacing the Honeycomb Cooling Pads :
(1)Remove all 6 screws on the left or right side air-inlet grill, and pull the grill out carefully (there are
6 screws on each side grill, and 7 screws on the rear grill).
(2)Slightly lift the air-inlet unit (including air-inlet grill, filter and Honeycomb Pad), and pull outward to
remove the entire unit.
(3)Remove the screws (A) from the brackets of the air-inlet unit, remove the brackets and
Honeycomb Pad from the unit, and then disassemble the left and right brackets (B) to remove the
Honeycomb Pad.
(4)Repeat steps 1 to 2 to remove the remaining air-inlet units, then follow step 3 to remove the
Honeycomb Pad.
(5)To assemble the Honeycomb Pads back in to the Cooler, reverse and repeat the steps from 4 to 1.
Depending on the environment, the Honeycomb pads
should be cleaned at least every two months, or sooner.
