Tap Activity icon to open the Activity menu.
I Swipe left or right to see your results of steps, calories and active minutes
I Swipe down to get a detailed graph of your daily performance
9. HEART-RATE MONITOR
Heart-Rate menu allows you to monitor your heart-rate data, view your previous
heart rate records to indicate your health status.
Tap Heart-Rate to enter the menu and press the screen to measure
your heart-rate.
