4. If the suction is not working, please check the body or face handle you choose, the RF can work
when you choose the different handle on screen and the knob, but suction not
5. if the vacuum probe still dosent have suction after inserting the filter,adjusting the
suction,release time,adjusting the vacuum knob, please hear the vacuum pump is working or not.
If the vacuum pump is working, please take off the vacuum probe from the machine, then use
your finger to touch the vacuum connector on the machine to see whether you can feel the
suction( when you test, please make sure the vacuum function is on). If you can feel the suction
on the vacuum connector on the machine, it shows it will be the problem of the vacuum probe,
then just need to exchange one new vacuum probe;
If you cant feel the suction, please take one video for your operating and testing, then send the
person who sale you the machine. Then we solve the problem very fast.
