Installing the seat - rearward facing

Place the child car
seat in the vehicle on a
suitable forward facing
passenger seat. Pull out
approximately a metre
of seatbelt and route the
lap belt section across
the seat and buckle up
the seatbelt (C).
Pull the diagonal section
of seatbelt through the
shoulder belt guide
slot (D) nearest to the
shoulder belt anchor
point (E) and wrap the
shoulder belt around the
back of the seat.
Pull the lap and diagonal belts
tightly towards the shoulder belt
anchor point (E), ensuring all slack
is removed.
