Heating resistance selector and convection mode (PR)
This selector activates or deactivates the upper and lower heating resistance
as well as the convection system, it has 6 positions which are indicated in the
following table together with the function they perform:

Temperature selector (°C)
Choose the temperature between a range of 80 to
230 °C, depending on the food to be cooked. Turn
this control clockwise to increase the temperature
and counterclockwise to decrease it.
The heating indicator light will remain on until the
oven reaches the selected temperature and will turn
off when the oven is at the chosen temperature.
This indicator light will be constantly turning on and
off, warning that the oven is controlling the
temperature and it is not a malfunction.
Note:
The oven takes some time to reach the selected temperature, so it is
recommended to “preheat” the oven before putting the food in.
