Step 1.

To start the Glideboard, press the power

switch.  Check the battery level on the display

panel.  Battery level will be indicated in the display

panel. Low battery will be shown by a red display.

If low battery level is shown, recharge the battery

before use.

Step 2.

Before each ride, gently step on one of the

footplates to check the working condition.  Note –

do not apply more than light pressure as the Glide-

board may move suddenly. If a green signal is

shown in the display panel, continue use.  If a red

signal is shown, cease use and attempt trouble-

shooting. Continue to use once normal working

signal resumes.

Step 3.

To ride the Glideboard, place one foot onto

the board followed briskly by the other.  It is recom-

mended that riders support themselves whilst

mounting the board. Balance before moving and

USING THE GLIDEBOARD:

ensure that you can stand still on the board.

Step 4.

To move forward, lean forward slightly

which will naturally apply pressure through the

pedals.

Step 5.

To reverse, apply pressure gently to the

pedals through your heels.

Step 6.

To turn left and right, apply pressure gently

to the required pedal whilst keeping opposite the

pedal level

Step 7.

To slow down and stop, slowly assume a

full upright position and keep the pedals level.

Step 8.

To dismount, come to a complete stop.  It

is recommended that riders support themselves

whilst dismounting. Step backwards off the board

with one foot briskly followed by the other.
