4-CHANNEL AMPLIFIER
INPUT
Connect the INPUT RCA jacks with the head unit by using appropriate audio signal cables. If only the
channels 1 and 2 are occupied, the INPUT MODE button should be in switch position 2CH.
OUTPUT
The OUTPUT RCA jacks provide a linear full-range audio signal for driving additional amplifiers, such
as the ONE600 and ONE1000 monoblocks.
INPUT SENSITIVITY
These controllers determines the input sensitivity (adaptation to the output signal of the head unit) for
each channel pair. The controller range is between 5 volts (MIN) and 0.2 volts (MAX).
INPUT MODE
The INPUT MODE switch is used to set whether the amplifier should be driven by the head unit with
only one stereo cinch audio cable (2CH) or with two stereo cinch audio cables (4CH). Only with switch
position 4CH, the so-called fader function on the head unit is effective.
In switch position 2CH, the input signal on the INPUT CH1/2 is routed to channel pair CH3/4. Thus,
only a stereo RCA audio cable on LINE INPUT CH1/2 is necessary. If the amp is used as a 2-channel
amp for 2 subs, the existing Sub Out of the head unit can also be used directly on CH1/2.
POWER/PROTECT
If the LED lights up in green, the amplifier is ready for operation. If the LED lights up in red, there is a
malfunction. Refer in this case to chapter
TROUBLE SHOOTING
on page 12.
CH1/CH2 CROSSOVER
The CH1/CH2 CROSSOVER switch selects the desired operating mode of channel 1/2:
FULL:
Full-Range mode (the entire frequency range is amplified).
HP:
High-Pass mode (frequency is limited downwards, adjustable by the
HIGH PASS
controller).
COPY:
All settings made on CH3/4 are then also effective on CH1/2. The bass level remote controller
is then also effective on CH1/2. This is particularly useful if you want to operate the channel pairs 1/2
and 3/4 bridged with two subwoofers.
HIGH LEVEL INPUT
If your head unit does not have RCA preamp outputs, you can use the HIGH LEVEL INPUT. Connect
the loudspeaker cables of the head unit to the included cable harness (Refer to page 10, Application B).
