Reasons and solutions
Phone does not boot up
1. Press and hold the red button for several
seconds
2. Check whether the battery connection is
bad. Remove and reinstall battery, then try
again.
3.Battery is exhausted, please charge the
battery.
Can not connect to network
1. Signal is too weak. Change position
(preferably outside) and retry.
2. The area you are currently in is not covered
by your network operator.
3. SIM card is invalid, please connect your
network operator.
Call quality is poor
1. Check to see whether volume control is in
appropriate or not.

Short standby time
1. Standby time is related to the network
system settings. In poor reception areas or
when no signal is received, the phone will
continue to find a strong carrier signal. This
will lower standby time.

SIM card error
1. There is dirt on the metal surface of the
SIM card. Wipe the metal contacts of the SIM
card with a clean cloth.
