- 2 - INSTALLAZIONE
2.1 MONTAGGIO
L’amplificatore è previsto per il montaggio in un
rack (482mm/19”), ma può essere collocato an-
che su un tavolo. In ogni caso dev’essere possi-
bile che l’aria circoli liberamente attraverso tutte
le fessure di aerazione per garantire un raffred-
damento sufficiente. Per il montaggio in un rack
occorrono 2 unità di altezza. Il pannello fronta-
le non basta per il fissaggio. Si devono montare
guide laterali o un piano supplementare. L’aria
espulsa dall’amplificatore deve poter uscire dal
rack senza trovare ostacoli. Altrimenti l’amplifica-
tore si può riscaldare troppo con possibili danni
anche alle altre apparecchiature.
- 3 - FUNZIONI E IMPOSTAZIONI
3.1 ALIMENTAZIONE
Inserire la spina del cavo di alimentazione in una
presa di rete (230V~/50-60Hz).
3.2 FUNZIONAMENTO
Seguire questa procedura per l’accensione
dell’amplificatore:
•
Posizionare sul minimo i CONTROLLI DI LIVEL-
LO (8) dell’amplificatore.
•
Accendere l’unità mediante l’INTERRUTTORE
POWER (3). L’INDICATORE DI ACCENSIONE (4)
posto sopra il tasto dovrebbe illuminarsi.
3.3 IMPOSTAZIONE DEI VOLUMI
•
Agire sui CONTROLLI DI LIVELLO (8) dell’unità
fino a raggiungere il volume necessario.
•
Regolare il livello del volume della zona di so-
norizzazione attraverso il relativo CONTROL-
LO (9). Gli indicatori LED segnalano le zone
attivate.
•
È possibile che sia necessario aggiustare an-
cora una volta il volume dei segnali d’ingresso
con i relativi CONTROLLI DI LIVELLO (8).
•
Portare i CONTROLLI DI LIVELLO (8) degli in-
gressi non utilizzati sullo zero.
•
Se necessario impostare i toni con controlli
BASS/TREBLE (7).

2.1 MOUNTING
The amplifier has been designed for installation
into a rack (482mm/19”), however, it can also be
used as a table top unit. In any case, air must be
allowed to pass through all air vents to ensure
sufficient cooling of the power amplifier.
For rack installation, 2 rack spaces are required.
The front panel alone does not suffice as a safe
fixing, there must be additional side rails or a
base plate to hold the unit.
The heated air blown out of the amplifier must
be allowed to leave the rack. Otherwise the heat
accumulation in the rack may not only damage
the amplifier but other units as well.
- 3 - FUNCTIONS AND SETTINGS
3.1 POWER SUPPLY
Connect the supplied main cable to a socket
(230V~/50-60Hz).
3.2 OPERATION
Use the following procedure when turning on
your amplifier:
•
Turn down the LEVEL CONTROLS (8) of the
amplifier.
•
Switch on the amplifier with the POWER
SWITCH (3). The POWER ON INDICATOR (4)
should be brighten.
3.3 ADJUSTING THE VOLUME
•
Turn up the LEVEL CONTROLS (8) on the am-
plifier until the desired loudness.
•
Adjust the volume for each zone used with
the corresponding controls (9). The control
LEDs indicate the activated zones.
•
It may be necessary to adjust once again the
volume of the input signals with the corre-
sponding LEVEL CONTROLS (8).
•
Turn the LEVEL CONTROLS (8) of the inputs
not used to zero.
•
If necessary used adjust the sound with the
controls BASS/TREBLE (7).
