3.1.3 Cube67 modules
All Cube67 modules can be operated at the bus node,

The Cube67 module is used especially for recording digital signal counts and encoder signals.

3.1.4 modules
The "+" of the stands for the additional functions of these modules.

The expansion modules
feature an expansion interface for the internal system connection,
i.e. the latter can be routed to the following I/O modules. An expansion module can also be the sole or
the last module of a segment. In this case, a terminating resistor must be installed on the expansion
interface of the internal system connection (cf. chapter 4.2.6 "Terminal resistance of the internal sys-
tem connection").
