Adjusting your Grind
– For coarser grind – loosen the adjustment wheel at the bottom of

  the mill in anti-clockwise direction
  ANTI-CLOCKWISE ➔ COARSER GRIND
–  For finer grind – tighten the adjustment wheel at the bottom of the

mill in clockwise direction
CLOCKWISE ➔ FINER GRIND

Care and Cleaning
– To avoid corrosion after filling with salt, always wipe around the

opening of the lower case ensuring the two copper contacts are free

from salt

– Do not leave dead batteries in the mill

– Replace all 4 batteries at the same time

– Avoid mixing old batteries with new ones

– Wipe mill clean with a dry cloth

– Do not place mill in dishwater or immerse in water

– Avoid wetting battery contacts

Hints and Tips
– If grinding is slow, replace the batteries

– Always use coarse grained salt or pepper

– The batteries are not included

If mill does not grind:

check if the batteries are installed correctly

check if there is salt or pepper in the base compartment

If the mill is not empty, tap mill gently to free up the grinding gear

from any potential jam
