Assembly Guide
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Two people are required to set-up and
assemble your adjustable, electric bed.
2. Cut off and discard the 4 x zip-tie lines as pictured below (these have secured your bed
frame during shipping). Cut the 2 x zip-tie lines from the Tail brackets (ie., mattress
retainer brackets – foot end)
3. Locate the castor box and open. Fit and secure the lock(ing) castors (A) to
the frame as indicated in the picture below. Fit and secure the lock(ing) castors (B) to
the frame as indicated in the picture below.
4. Flip the entire bed over [2 x people are required for this procedure]
Lift the entire adjustable electric bed out
of the carton, and turn, or flip it over.
The bed should end up in a position with
the castors on the ground supporting the
bed frame, and the frame facing upwards.
Please note: Be careful not to support
the bed on one side, or on individual
castors during this movement. This will
ensure the castors are not damaged or
crushed
during
the
manoeuvre
by
overstressing their bearing load.
5. Cut off and discard the zip-tie lines securing
the power supply, handset control, and moving
parts of the frame. The locations of these are
found in items 1-6 below.
6. Insert the Side brackets x 4 (ie., mattress
retainers),
and
the
Tail
bracket
x
1
(ie.,mattress retainer - foot end) into position
(refer picture below)
