When prompted, click on “download factory defaults.

When prompted, enter IP address, then click OK to continue. We will enter this in the next section.

The firmware will download to the MultiVOIP and when finished, the MultiVOIP GUI will close.
Verify that the boot light is off and go to next section for configuration.
