In the Modem or Adapter dialog box, select the Multi-
Tech System’s MT5634ZPX-PCI device installed on
the COM port identified by the Windows NT Setup
Utility (see Step 6 on page 16).

Click Next>.

7.

The final dialog box displays indicating your modem
has been set up successfully. Click Finish.

8.

The Modem Properties dialog box displays. Click
Close.

9.

Next, the Modem Setup dialog box displays indicating
that Dial-up Networking needs to be configured
because the list of modems has changed.

Click Yes to begin Remote Access Setup.
