• The diffuser optimal coverage area is <15 m

the area is too large the effect will be less effective.
• Please check the essential oil bottle is properly
tighten during installation.
• Please use proper essential oil for diffuser. Using
other oil such as massage oil, due to lower density,
it will affect the strength of the aroma.
After using the diffuser for some
times, the effect is less satisfactory.
The diffuser can operate inside the vehicle provided if
the battery is sufficiently charged. You can charge the
diffuser inside your vehicle, however due to the
charging port is located at the bottom of the unit, be
careful not to topple the unit during charging. Also,
do not expose the diffuser to high temperature from
the sun as it risks damaging the unit.
Please check if the power adapter is in working
condition, and if the Micro USB cable is connected
properly.
