Ways of combining
*Polypropylene, Drawer, Wide case series.
• Use the product correctly based on a thorough reading of the
manual.
• Do not use near fire or heat sources such as heaters, kitchen
ranges, electric cooking appliances, or heated pots or kettles. Doing
so may cause discolouration, deformation or deterioration.
• Use in a level, flat place without differences in level, gutters, holes,
unevenness, slopes or the like. The product may be damaged by the
shock of crossing differences in level with the casters attached.
• Do not use in direct sunlight or outdoors. Doing so may cause
discolouration, deformation or deterioration.
• Do not use the product placed on its side.
• Check the overall load capacity and load capacity for one unit before
using. Be aware that exceeding the load capacity may lead to
damage, deformation and accidents.
• It is dangerous if the product falls over, so do not lean against it or
get on it.
• Do not place in the rack valuables, fragile items or items that will
make it unstable.
• For safety, place heavy items in the bottom unit or a centre unit.
• The rack may tip over if you hang shopping bags or something from
the joint parts or S-shaped hooks.
• Do not move the rack when it still has storage items in it.
• When moving a rack consisting of stacked units, if you lift any unit
other than the bottom one, it may cause joint parts to come off, the
rack to come apart, and damage or injury. When moving a rack
consisting of stacked units, separate the units first and be careful not
to tip the rack over.
• Do not push or pull the rack on a floor that is easy to scratch, such
as flooring. When moving the rack on casters, separate the units first
and be careful not to tip the rack over.
• When cleaning the rack, wipe it with a soft cloth wet with a
water-diluted neutral detergent so as to avoid damaging it.
• When stacking polypropylene storage rack units, be sure to attach all
the joint parts.
• Joint parts cannot be attached to the tops of Polypropylene, drawer,
wide cases.
• Joint parts are intended to support joining the main units and do not
perfectly secure them.
• When removing joint parts, be careful not to injure your nails or
fingers.
• When stacking units and attaching parts, be careful not to pinch your
fingers.
• Do not use a hammer or the like when stacking units and attaching
parts.
• To avoid damaging the floor when stacking units and attaching parts,
spread out a cloth or something similar and assemble the product
on a flat surface.
• A right-side-up rack unit cannot be placed atop an upside down unit,
and a drawer-type unit cannot be added to an upside-down unit
(Figs. 1 and 2).
• Do not use casters with an upside-down unit, because it may cause
deformation (Fig. 3).
