Before operating, fill a little ecologically desivable creep oil (lubrication) into the air
connection (1).
Device does not need further maintenance, if properly lubricated!
Maintenance
Advice
We recommend to let the device be checked every 6 months by producer or a certified
partner, if you are working for more than 5 hours every day.
remove insert tool and store the device hanging or leaning with handle elevated and im-
pact mechanism pointing down to the ground.
Storing
Removing of all movable surfaces like plaster, ceramic, carpet, bitumen, etc.:
Place the tool of the device on the material you wish to remove. Start the impact mechanism while using the trigger
(2). Press the tool continuously forward against the removing material in horizontal plane.
Digging of holes in soil/ground:
Place the tool of your device on the surface.
Start the impact mechanism by using the trigger (2).
Drive in (press) spade or shovel into the ground.
Remove the insert spade out of soil, by pushing the spade a bit forward or sideways, therefore you are reducing the
affinity of the tool.
Cutting of roots – digging of plant bales:
Take only sharp tools (insert spade, plant bale spade).
Place the tool on the surface of the soil.
Start the impact mechanism by using the trigger (2).
Press the insert spade or plant bale spade continiously forward. Never try to pull the insert tool out of the ground
before roots are cut. Move the tool sideways up to the time you feel that the roots have been cut.
Than push the handle forward, away from yourself or sideways, so you are loosening the affinity of the soil.
Attention:
Do not drive insert tool (7) in the underground up to clamping collar (4). Otherwise the insert tool (7)
may be ejected uninteded.

Never use impact mechanism without resistance!
•
Strikes without any resistance for the insert tool lead to fast abraison!
•
Always check insert tool and clamping collar for tight fitting!
•
Beware that all devices are spades and intended to digging. Moderate levering is possible but should be
done with closed hexagon connection (fotos page 5)
•
Especially when working with a chisel, small particles can hurt users or third persons, so always make
sure everybody in working range is equipped with safety gadgets (goggles, helmet, etc.).
•
When working in dusty material make sure to wear protection that prevents you from inhaling harmful
substances, like dust or fungus.
