      Note that the range for Recovery Time is 0-F

  5. After IDE DOS driver installed.  Some mode 4 hard disks may cause the
      system hang when we reboot the system.  Users can avoid this by
      downing the speed  in manual way as described in 03)04).
      For example, change
      "DEVICE=C:\SISIDE\SISDR.SYS" into

4-3 SiS IDE Driver Installation For Windows 3.x

1. Run A:\>IDE\INSTALL.EXE from the enclosed diskette to install the SiS IDE
    WINDOWS PIO mode driver or SiS IDE Windows DMA mode  driver.

2. The INSTALL.EXE program will add the following lines in the [386Enh]
     section of the SYSTEM.INI file in your Windows directory:

     For PIO mode driver
            "device=siswindv.386"

     For DMA mode driver
