This jumper is used to adjust the CPU core/ratio to safe mode.

Warning: If CPU Core/Bus ratio is set too high, the system may

hang. Short pin JP3, then restart the system until boot up.
The CPU core/bus ratio will then be set to the default
setting of 2. Properly shutdown the system, and remove
the short on JP3.
