Power supply current measuring

Since the sense resistors in the power supply lines of the COM Express module are removed in
rev.3, the two jumpers J301 and J302 must be set for full ATX function.

J301 can be used for +12V module current measurement.

J302 can be used for +5V Suspend module current measurement.
