Marine automatic telephone system
ITS-1004
To send a fax, pick up a receiver, dial user number, after tone ready signal press
[START]. Put the receiver down.
To receive a document, press [START] after fax signal. Put the receiver down.
Fax unit supports one-touch dialing function. You can call a user
(«TELEPHONE» mode) or send a fax («FAX» mode) using programmed keys.
To switch to «FAX» mode, press [MODE] button. [MODE] LED starts glowing.
All incoming calls are received as fax ones in this mode.
To switch to «TELEPHONE» mode, press [MODE] button. [MODE] LED stops
glowing, display shows message «TEL.». To reply all incoming calls in this mode, pick
up a receiver. If incoming call is a signal to receive a fax, press [START].
To change «TELEPHONE/FAX» UT modes, press [MODE]. The display will
show message «MODE: TEL/FAX». When UT receives a telephone incoming call, it
calls as regular telephone unit. In case of fax signal UT automatically receives a fax.
7.5.8
System administration using PC
The System administration is carried out using PC connected to «LAN» port of
the System CU. PC admin utility shall be installed on PC.
The utility is delivered at option.
7.5.9
System administration using service telephone unit
Service maintenance is carried out using service telephone PT-SYSA. Service
telephone is not included in the standard scope of supply.
7.5.10
Telephone communication recording and call log archiving to external
storage
ITS-SLSR with two J11 connectors and memory card is used to record telephone
communication.
The unit automatically creates cfg.ini file in root folder of memory card. This file
contains unit settings and their description.
Audio files are recorded to «Call log» of memory card. Every conversation is
recorded to separate file indicating date, time and day of the week, length, status
(incoming or outgoing), user number and name from «Phonebook» (phonebook.txt).
«Phonebook» is created using any text editor.
