pressure, please replace or clean the filter) according to the cleanliness of the environment.

Regularly (usually once every two months) with the dust particle counter to determine the

cleanliness of area being purified by the product, when the measured cleanliness is

inconsistent with the required cleanliness, reason should be identified (whether there is

leakage, whether the high efficiency filter has a failure etc.), if the high efficiency filter has

failure, please replace a new high efficiency filter.

Note: When the use of high efficiency filter reaches a certain extent (5000 hours), the display screen

will automatically alarm with a beep. At this time, please replace the high efficiency filter, after the

replacement is complete, under the standby mode, press the

button for about 6 seconds, after

there is an alarm, zero clearing is complete, the machine can continue to work properly.

When the high efficiency filter and the primary efficiency filter are being replaced, the

machine should be shut down.

Please pay attention to the following when replacing the high efficiency filter

a) When replacing the high efficiency filter, pay special attention to the processes of unpacking,

handling and installation, during which, ensure that the filter paper is intact, prohibit the filter

paper is damage because of hand touch.

b) Before installation, let the new high efficiency filter face the bright spot to see whether there are

loopholes on the filter because of transportation, etc, if so, the filter can not be used.

c) When replacing the high efficiency filter, firstly remove the homogeneous film and then remove

the pressure plate, then remove the invalid high efficiency filter and replace it with a new high

efficiency filter (Note: the arrow mark of the high efficiency filter should be consistent with the

flow direction of the dispensing booth), and return the homogeneous film back to the original.

Check the LED fluorescent lamp and UV lamp (regularly check the strength of the UV

lamp according to the manufacturer's specifications, general lifespan is about 600 hours).

Apply annually to test the overall performance of the dispensing booth to ensure that the

dispensing booth is safe. The test fee should be borne by the user.

Record the maintenance.

2.5 Storage Conditions

Dispensing booth should be stored in a warehouse with the relative humidity of not more than 75%,

the temperature below 40 ℃, good ventilation, no acid, alkali and other corrosive gases, the storage

period should not exceed one year, for the dispensing booth more than one year out of the box check

should be done, the ones that pass the out of the box check can enter the market.
