MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Honda CBR125R 04-06
Thank you for buying a MRA Windshield.
Read this manual carefully and check the parts list for completeness before you begin. We recommend
that you have your screen fitted by an authorised workshop.

Fitting the screen to the motorcycle:
1.
Stand your motorbike up on a level surface.
2.
Unscrew the four screws from the windshield.
3.
Unscrew the two screws from the inner cover.
4.
Remove the cover.
5.
Loosen the cable binders from the dust protection of the wiring harness and unplug
both plugs from the instrument panel.
6.
Remove the securing screws and the speedometer from the instrument panel.
7.
Unplug both indicators plugs. Remove the nuts from the indicators and then remove
the indicators.
8.
Loosen the eight securing screws from the side covers and remove the covers.
9.
Now loosen the four securing screws from the upper covering. Then remove the
covering towards the front.
10.
Loosen the three screws from the cover between the headlights and the windshield.
11.
Now you can remove the cover and the windshield.
12.
Install the rubber nuts from the original windshield on the new MRA-windshield.
13.
Installation is performed in reverse of the above.
14.
Pull the protective edge profile to the rear, free area of the windshield, beginning with
the cover transition to the opposite side. If necessary, cut off the rest.
15.
Push the clamping piece over the end of the protective edge profile and carefully
press together with universal pliers, so that the protective edge profile is clamped.
After installation, check that all of the screws are tight; tighten them up if necessary. Repeat this at
regular intervals. Clean the screen with water, neutral soap and a sponge. Do not use solvents, alcohol or
spirits to clean the screen as they will damage it.
