Recording folder: here you can choose the destination folder of the files that you record. To change the destination
folder press “Choose” to select another folder. To open the recorded files, press “Open”.

NOTE: “Loop recording” means that when the capacity for saving files is exceeded, the program will automatically
remove the oldest files to save the newest files.

PC captured files : this is the folder where the pictures you have taken will be saved. To change the destination
folder, press “Choose” and choose another destination folder. If you want to browse through your captured
images press “Open”.

Alarm view setting: when you choose to set an alarm you can adjust the amount of seconds the alarm will be
shown/heard.
− Clear record file: remove all recorded videos from the IP cameras.

Clear picture file: remove all recorded pictures from the IP cameras.
− Clear login records: remove all logins from the IP cameras.

What to do if you have changed the password of your camera , but you have forgotten the new password?

In case you have NOT registered an account on the server (see “Create account” menu):
If the IP camera is ON and connected via a network cable, you should press the reset button on one
of the cables of the device at least 10 seconds using for example a cocktail stick. The camera makes a
clicking sound and will now restart. The password of the camera and the login server is now equal to
the information on the sticker on the bottom of the camera. The camera should be completely reset.
D. In case the camera has been added to an account (name + password) that you have created on the server
using the “Create account” menu:
Click in the software menu on “Recover password”. Enter your name and e-mail address. The server
will then send you an email with a new password.

Change ACCESS PASSWORD: you can change the access password of the camera (sticker on the bottom). For
more information go to chapter “5.3.1.2 Change camera password”.

Change camera alias: you can change the name of you camera. For more information go to chapter “5.3.1.3
Change camera alias”.
