2. After making sure that all blender jug parts are assembled correctly, put the blender jug (8) on the
blender enclosure (1) and gently turn it clockwise.
3. Cut the products into smaller parts to make mixing easier. Put ingredients into the jug only when
the motor is stopped.
NOTE! Do not fill the jug above the mark of 1500ml (8).
4. Place the lid with the hole plug.
5. Plug the appliance into the power supply socket.
6. Turn it on with the knob (2), choosing one of two operating modes.
7. During mixing always hold the lid. If you need to add ingredients when the cup blender is running,
remove the hole plug from the lid (11) and feed the ingredients through the hole, and then replace
the plug (11).
8. When mixing is complete stop the appliance by turning the knob (2) to the <<0>> position and
unplug the power supply plug from the socket.
ATTENTION! Before pouring out the content of the jug wait until the knife stops rotating!
NOTE! To mix some products, such as ice, use the PULSE function repeatedly. It is activated by
turning the knob to the left and keeping it there. Do not start the motor for more than 2 minutes,
because it may become over heated. After these 2 minutes stop the appliance and wait until it
cools down.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Boiled vegetables and fruit should cool down before putting them into the blender jug.
2. To avoid overloading or overheating switch to the highest speed when the appliance starts slow -
ing down.
3. Heavy sauce, paste, mayonnaise or other substances of similar consistency may be removed by
twisting off the jug base and pouring the contents on plates or into storage containers.
4. Fluid or semi-fluid substances, such as batter and light sauce, may be poured out over the top,
after the lid is removed.
5. Blender is not designed for the following:
• grating potatoes
• whipping eggs or dairy products substitutes
• mincing raw meat
• whipping or kneading dough (danger of forming a ball of dough which may damage the appli-
ance)
• juicing vegetables and fruit.
6. Every few seconds check the consistency of the mixed ingredients.
7. Do not exceed the maximum permitted working time of the appliance given in the user manual.
8. If the motor stops, immediately finish mixing or reduce the amount of ingredients in the jug.
9. To grind ice cubes add a small amount of water.
10. Do not remove the jug from the housing when the appliance is in use.
11. Do not insert any objects into the jug during mixing.
WARNING! Do not operate the blender if the lid are not in place.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the mains outlet and wait until it
has completely cooled down.
CAUTION! Do not immerse the blender housing in water or other liquids.
CAUTION! The blades are very sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury.
