User Guide

1. Using Spin Seat Locked: To change position of seat from short

to long position or long to short, pull seat lock straight down, turn

seat to desired position and release seat lock back up; move seat

back/forth so that the seat locks into place.

2. Using Spin Seat Unlocked: To unlock spin seat, pull seat lock

all the way down, turn seat lock to the either side 45 degrees, then

release seat lock up so that seat remains unlocked.

3. Pull out pedal locking pin to seperate the movement of

pedals.
