WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY - BICYCLE
Before using the equipment, please read the warranty specification carefully. The start of
use implies agreement with its terms and conditions.
Brudden warrants the equipment free from vices and defects during the periods set
forth below.
The warranty period starts on the issue date of the purchased product's Invoice issued by
Brudden or by an Accredited reseller.
Brudden will only assist in case of defects discovered during the warranty period and
only to the original purchaser of the product.
The purchaser should contact an authorized Technical Assistance and refer the
equipment for repair.
The Factory and/or Authorized Dealer has 30 days to repair the defect, pursuant to
article 18, § 1 of the Consumer Defense Code.
Brudden's commitment in this warranty is limited, as shown next.
