LIMITED WARRANTY - WEIGHT LINE
Please read carefully the terms and conditions of this warranty before using your MOVEMENT equipment. When using the equipment, you agree to following the warranty terms and
conditions below.
BRUDDEN guarantees all new MOVEMENT products are free of defects in materials and manufacturing for the warranty periods established below.
The warranty period begin on the date of issue of the bill of sale of the product issued by BRUDDEN of by the accredited dealer.
This warranty applies only to defects found during the warranty period and only to the original purchaser of the product. To use this guarantee, the purchaser must contact an
authorized MOVEMENT technical assistant within 30 days after finding any nonconformity and make the equipment available for inspection by BRUDDEN or its authorized technical
assistance. BRUDDEN's commitment to this warranty is limited as shown below.

WARRANTY
- 3 (Three) years for chassis (except paint) and metal structures, already included is the legal guarantee under the consumer defense code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days;
- 1 (one) year for components and mechanical parts such as pulleys, snap hooks, bearings, springs and fastening components, painting in general and labor, already included in the
legal guarantee under the consumer defense code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days;
- 90 (ninety) days for upholstery, grips and foams in general, in accordance with the consumer defense code (art. 26, II).
