CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF YOU ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
The warranty applies to Movement products only when:
• The product is purchased as original and approved with original purchase (invoice of purchase);
• Has not been the object of: any accidents, inadequate use or negligence, improper operation, abuse, transportation and
inadequate storage, maintenance in a way that differs from the specifications contained in the maintenance instructions found at the
owner

This warranty does not cover damages or nonconformities caused by lack of basic and preventive maintenance, as described in the
Owner's Manual, available through the QR Code on the left side or on the website www.movement.com.br
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY FOR:
• Movement Repaired products are modified by a third party without the prior written permission of ;
• Call for service to install the product or instructions to the owners on how to use the product;
• repaired Movement products without the serial number or identification changed or damaged;
• Withdraw from the delivery regarding repairs;
• No service charges incurred after the service warranty period.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
T Movement he service of the Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an authorized dealer or the one from whom the product
was purchased.
Damage caused by transporting the product to technical assistance (technical visits) carried out by an authorized assistant are carried out
by a buyer, whether or not the product is covered by this guarantee.
The liability of this warranty is limited solely to the repair, modification or replacement of the supplied product.
Movement will not be held liable for any harm suffered to people, outsourced third parties and or damage to other equipment and
installations, loss of profit or any other emerging damage.
Movement reserves the right to paralyze the manufacture of its products without prior notice and/or modify the specifications and
introduce improvements to the products

Please read the warranty terms and conditions carefully before using the equipment.
When using the equipment, you are agreeing to the following warranty and warranty conditions.
Brudden Equipamentos Ltda., A manufacturer of Movement products, guarantees new equipment free of defects in materials and
workmanship for the periods established below.
The guarantee periods shall begin on the date of issue of the purchase invoice issued by the Factory or accredited dealer.
This warranty applies only to defects identified during the time limits below and only to the original purchaser of the product. To exercise
the warranty, the purchaser must contact the nearest Authorized Service Center (list available on www.movement.com.br/assistencia-
tecnica) in less than 30 days from the discovery of the nonconformity and make it available for inspection.
GET UP TO 3 YEARS WARRANTY BY REGISTERING YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR THE MOVEMENT WARRANTY ON-LINE!
IMPORTANT: To be fully covered for the period described, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT on the website
www.movement.com.br/garantia. If the registration is NOT EXECUTED, ONLY the legal warranty of the Consumer ’ s Defense Code (art.
26, II) of 90 (ninety) days will be valid.
