KNEADING / MIXING (depending on the model)

You can knead up to:
- 1 kg of heavy dough, such as: white bread dough, shortcrust pastry, etc. in 40 seconds.

You can mix up to:
- 1.2 kg of mixture such as: biscuits, sponge cake, choux pastry, etc. in 1

CHOPPING

BLENDING

You can blend up to 1 litre of soup or stewed fruit in 20 seconds. To blend soups to a fine, smooth texture use the

ASSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES
- Place the bowl

without locking it.
- Lock the selected disc

onto the drive shaft

and position the assembly on the motor unit outlet

- Put on the lid

and lock it on the bowl

- To remove the bowl-lid assembly: turn the assembly toward yourself to release it and unlock the lid.
USAGE AND PRACTICAL TIPS
- Cut food into pieces to fit the height and width of the feed tube
