The Basics

The Main Battery

Thanks to Motorola’s breakthrough technology, your
Motorola cellular phone’s batteries are small and
lightweight. Now it is easier than ever to carry a spare or two.

Installing the Main Battery

The main battery fits into a small compartment in the back
of your phone. The battery is covered by a door.

1. Align the arrows on the battery with the arrows in

the battery compartment. Place the front end of the
battery into the top of the compartment as shown, so
that the metal terminals on the battery make
contact with the terminals in the phone.

2. Press the battery down.

3. Slide the battery toward the bottom of the phone

until it is firmly in place.
