Level 2 Service Manual

Disassembly

4.

Carefully use the disassembly tool and gently bend the housing latches 
outward starting from the right side of the rear housing to release the four 
snaps on the sides of the housing (See Figure 7).

5.

When all four snaps have been released, carefully lift the rear housing away 
from the phone.

6.

To replace, align rear housing to the phone.

7.

Carefully press the rear housing starting from the left side into the phone until 
all of the the snaps engage.

8.

Insert and tighten the four housing screws to a torque setting of 1.5 ± 0.2 in-
lbs. Replace the two screw caps.

9.

Replace the antenna, battery, and battery cover as described in the procedures.
