Turning the Device On and Off

To turn on, press and hold the On/Off-Play      button for three seconds.
A channel number will appear and the radio will beep. The T5MP3 will start
in the two-way radio mode.

To turn off, press and hold the On/Off-Play      button for three seconds. The LCD
screen will go blank and the radio will beep.

Adjusting the Volume

Press     to increase or      to decrease the volume. The volume level is shown
on the bottom left-hand side of the LCD display as you adjust the setting.

Using the Arm Holster (T5MP3CE/R)

Your T5MP3 includes a holster so you can carry it easily on your arm. Slide the
T5MP3 into the holster. Wrap the straps around your arm and adjust the Velcro
until it is snug but comfortable. 

Charging the Unit 

Your T5MP3 includes a cable that is used for charging the battery. Simply plug
one end of the cable into the unit and the other into the power supply. The device
will then immediately begin to charge with the message “Charging” and charge
battery indicator appearing on the screen. When charging is complete, the message
“Complete” and a solid battery will appear on the screen. While the unit is charging,
all button operation on the handset is disabled. Once the cable is disconnected from
the T5MP3 unit, the device will immediately return to the previous state.
