Message Waiting

If you have subscribed to a voice messaging service, the green message light on the base will
flash to alert you if you have a message/s waiting.
Note: For quick access to your voice messages you can store the voice messaging service
number, maximum of 16 digits, on your handset.The green message light will not flash if your

To enter your voice messaging service number

Once you have stored your voice messaging number, just press and hold the (Pause/Message
Waiting) key from standby to dial your messaging service.
1. Press the LSK ‘Menu’
2. Use the

and

keys until ‘Settings’ is displayed

3. Press the LSK ‘Select’.
4. Press the

key to highlight ‘Handset Setup’ and press the LSK ‘Select’

5. Use the

key to highlight ‘Call Related’ and press the LSK ‘Select’

6. Use the

and

keys to highlight ‘Message Waiting’ and press the LSK ‘Select’

7.  Check that ‘Service is highlighted and press the LSK ‘OK’
8.  Using the keypad, enter your voice messaging service number
9.  Press the LSK ‘OK’ to confirm.
10.  Press the

key to return to standby.

To clear the message waiting visual indication

You can turn off the message waiting visual indication, if you do not wish to call your voice
messaging service.
1. Press the LSK ‘Menu’
2. Use the

and

keys until ‘Settings’ is displayed

3. Press the LSK ‘Select’.
4. Press the

key to highlight ‘Handset Setup’ and press the LSK ‘Select’

5. Use the
