When the display shows

press the numeric keys one or more times to enter
any letter or number in the alphabet. Use the letters
printed on each key as a guide. For example, press

to enter “A,” “B,” “C,” or “2” as shown:

How to Enter a Name

Tip:

Press

between upper
and lower case
letters.

To enter a letter, press the appropriate key as
many times as needed. Enter punctuation by
pressing

as many times as indicated by

the chart below. Pressing

a single time

produces a single space.

The cursor advances automatically to the
next space after you enter a letter or after
three seconds of inactivity. Press

advance the cursor to the next space.
