To delete all played messages, press the 

I

 

button to start playback then press and hold down 
the 

C

 button. Messages that are locked or not 

previously played are not deleted.

Locking and Unlocking Messages

• Press the 

L

 button while listening to the message 

to lock it. The lock icon is displayed and a beep 
indicates that the message is locked.

• Press the 

L

 button while listening to a locked 

message to unlock it. The lock icon disappears 
and two beeps indicate the message is unlocked.

Up to half of the messages in message memory can 
be locked to prevent them from being deleted or 
replaced with new incoming messages. 

When the memory is full, new messages overwrite 
any messages that were previously played and 
have not been locked.
