2. Phone Basics

2.

Insert the battery into the opening, making sure the 
connectors align. Gently press down to secure the 
battery.

3.

Replace the battery door, pressing down firmly on 
it to ensure it is secured properly. 

Removing the Battery

1.

Make sure the power is off so that you don’t lose 
any stored numbers or messages.

2.

Remove the battery cover and lift the battery to 
remove it.

Charging the Battery

Charge your battery as soon as possible so you can 
begin using your phone.

Always use a Sprint-approved or Motorola-approved 
desktop charger, travel charger, or vehicle power 
adapter to charge your battery.

WARNING:

Do not handle a damaged or leaking battery as 
you can be burned.
