You can store a phone number in Contacts :
1 Press

2 Enter a name for the new entry and

. Each entry’s name can contain
24 characters.
3 Select a specific Ring Tone/Picture and

4 Select a type for the entry ( Mobile , Private ,
Work1 , Work2 , Home , Email , Fax , Pager , Talkgroup , IP
or Other ) and press

5 Enter the number for the entry and
press

.
6 Press Save to save when done.
T ip : You can scroll left or right to store and
view other information for the entry. You can
add a picture, choose a special ringer, store an
Email address, assign a Group, and more.
