To Remove the SIM Card

NOTE: To remove your SIM card, you will need a ballpoint pen (or

another slightly pointed object).

Hold the SIM card with the gold contact
side facing down and the cut corner in the
upper left. Do not touch the gold-colored
areas of the SIM card.

Carefully slide the SIM card with the cut
corner in the upper left position into the
phone, until it lies flat in the SIM card
holder.

With the phone powered off, remove the battery cover and battery. See
“Detaching the Battery” on page 13.
