Radio Reassembly
5.
Press down on front shield until chassis, main
board, and front shield are seated tightly
together.
6.
Hook locking clips Þrst to the chassis tab, then
push clips over on shield with thumb until
clips lock into front shield holes (Figure 1-13).
7.
Replace chassis gasket (Figure 1-14).
8.
Place the chassis assembly and front housing
assembly on a ßat surface with the top face of
housing in a reverse and opposite direction
(Figure 1-15).
Radio Reassembly
1.
Insert the ßexible circuit tail from chassis to
ZIF connector on front housing board. Lock
the tail in the ZIF connector by pressing down
the latch.
NOTE
Flexible circuit tail must be fully inserted
to prevent short circuiting.
