5.9.5.5.1 How To Tune UHF Duplexer Low Notch Loop Assemblies

Procedure Steps

Set up test equipment as shown in

Figure 5-16

Use screwdriver to adjust notch adjustment screw for cavity #4 to obtain a

minimum

reading on the

millivortmeter. (Reduce the range on the millivoltmeter as necessary to reach true minimum reading.)

Use an open-end wrench and tighten lock nut

carefully

, making sure notch adjustment screw does not shift

position.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for cavities 5 and 6.
